Custodian Bank
Your funds are held securely by CACEIS Bank, the asset servicing arm of the Crédit Agricole and Santander banking groups. As a financial investment adviser, Spiko is not authorized to handle your funds directly. With over €8 trillion in assets under custody, CACEIS Bank is one of the world's leading custodian banks. They serve two essential functions:
- Maintaining custody of all assets;
- Supervising fund operations.
Sub-Custodian for U.S. Treasury Bills
The Bank of New York Mellon serves as CACEIS Bank's subcustodian for U.S. Treasury Bills.
BNY Mellon is the world's largest custodian bank, with over $40 trillion in assets under custody.
Correspondent Bank for USD
JPMorgan Chase serves as CACEIS Bank's correspondent bank for USD holdings and transfers.
JPMorgan Chase is the world's largest bank by market capitalization.
Fund Administrator
CACEIS Fund Administration, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group, oversees the administration of the Spiko Funds. As the appointed fund accountant, they are responsible for calculating the daily investment returns (daily Net Asset Value).
Statutory Auditor
PricewaterhouseCoopers France (PwC) serves as Spiko Funds' statutory auditor, certifying the accuracy and compliance of all financial statements.
PwC operates under the High Council of Statutory Auditors (H3C) supervision, with registration number 66006213.
Distributor and Technology Provider
Spiko Finance serves as both:
- Financial investment adviser responsible for fund distribution;
- Technology provider.
Important: Client deposits are never held by Spiko itself.
Spiko Finance is registered as a financial investment adviser on the French single register for financial intermediaries (Orias) under number 23008251.
Asset Manager
Twenty First Capital, an independent portfolio management company managing over €2 billion in assets, oversees the Spiko Funds' investments in U.S. and European Treasury Bills.
Twenty First Capital operates under AMF license GP-11000029 and is supervised by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
